Schedule Updates and 4th of July Hours

 
Please note changes to our schedule for Summer 2016

Monday thru Friday at 4pm – Combo class
This session involves 15 minutes of Speed and Agility followed by 45 minutes of Strength.
Yes you can stay for a 5pm class too!

Monday thru Friday at 6pm – both Speed and Strength are offered at this time. This is our last class of the night.

We always have a flexible drop in policy but appreciate a call or email (info@williamssport.com) when possible to let us know to expect you.
