You will see Juan Pablo Angel, Forward and Jon Conway, Goalkeeper for New York Red Bull (MLS) jumping onto a 39-inch box after 18-inch hurdle hops! Also the other video shows the same players jumping onto a 30-inch box while holding 20-pound dumbbells this is a very difficult exercise but will train the nervous systems to fire at a faster rate! These guys prove a point that all levels of players are seeing the advantage of explosive strength training. Enjoy!
