WST is no longer just for your children. 

 WST is introducing its new Adult Program, which will be a combination program consisting of half kick boxing and half weight training.

In this new Adult Program clients will work on toning, cardiovascular endurance, increase strength, increased self-image, decreased body fat, and increased energy.
