Group Sessions starting 4/19!
Our bay doors are open and we are ready for spring.
Williams Sport Training will be offering group classes beginning April 19th. Our format will be a little different, but our product will remain the same. The schedule will be limited, but as demand increases, we will open more time slots. Online registration will be first come, first served and will close by 2pm on the day of class (if you would still like to join, please call us to inquire about availability).
Monday and Thursday 5-6pm – High School Strength (8 maximum)
Tuesday and Wednesday 5-6pm – SSAQ – Speed, Strength, Agility and Quickness (mix it up with strength, plyometrics, jumping and conditioning). For all ages (10+).
All classes are $50 for one hour session and discounted packages are available.

If you would like to form your own “training pod” please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We require a set amount of weeks and payment upfront for each participant for the duration of the cycle. These sessions are fully customizable.
Important policies to be aware of:
Please remember that we follow all CDC and NJDOH regulations and require our clients to follow quarantine rules after travel. Masks and temperature checks are mandatory for everyone, to insure the safety of our clients and staff.
While we understand this is an inconvenience for many, we feel it is in the best interest of safety for our clients and staff. As the weather improves, vaccinations increase and CDC guidelines are updated, we will reevaluate our policies.
Trainers have been advised to give more frequent water and mask breaks and take special note if any any participants need additional rest time.
Parents are strongly encouraged to remain in their cars during the sessions to reduce exposure to clients and staff members.
We have hand sanitizer readily available for clients and staff as well as bathrooms for hand washing, which is required of all trainers between sessions. Plastic dividers have been installed in our weight room and we have hospital grade disinfectant for sanitation. All of our trainers wear masks and must maintain 6 feet of social distance between clients and other trainers. In addition all staff have been tested for COVID-19. Before each session we require our clients to have their temperature checked and complete the COVID-19 attestation form by clicking here or visiting https://williamssport.com/covid-waiver.

Private sessions are still available!
We are also running private sessions, by appointment only. Each session will run approximately 50 minutes, with the remaining 10 minutes of each hour dedicated to sanitizing our facility between clients. Depending on the trainer, sessions run $80-$100/hour, with a discount for packages of six or more. All sessions are fully customizable and may include any combination of speed, strength, agility, conditioning, skill training and goalkeeping.
