Corona Virus Updates at Williams Sport Training

Williams Sport Training remains committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all of our athletes and their families. At this time, there are no known cases of exposure to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) at our facility.

In accordance with the Tri-State Governor’s directive that all non-essential businesses cease operations effective at 8pm on 3/16, we will close the facility until we are informed by state and local government that it is safe to reopen. Although the language is ambiguous, we feel that it is in the best interest of our clients and staff that we practice social distancing until the threat of COVID-19 has passed.

As a small business, we hope that when this epidemic is over, that you will return to us for your training needs. This was a difficult decision to make and we understand the impact on our clients and staff. Rest assured that we will make every effort to ensure that our staff is taken care of during this difficult time as well.

Please adhere to best practices to keep your families and loved ones healthy. We are all in this together.

The best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed. Everyday preventive actions should be taken, including:

>Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

>Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.

>Stay home when you are sick.

>Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.

>Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.

>Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a recommended cleaning spray or wipe.

>If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Always wash hands with soap and water if hands are visibly dirty.
